Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 13, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o. ("Writvia", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use writvia.com. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect and why

We do not collect more data than necessary for the above purposes.
3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with trusted processors necessary to deliver the service:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Google Ireland Limited: analytics (Google Analytics 4), if you consent to cookies
- Anthropic, Inc.: AI content generation (article topics and industry rules you provide)
- CyberFolks S.A.: hosting infrastructure
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data transfers outside the EU
Some processors (Stripe, Google, Anthropic) are based in the United States. Data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep your data
- Account data: for the duration of the subscription + 3 years after cancellation (for accounting and legal purposes)
- Payment records: 5 years (Polish accounting law requirement)
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- FTP credentials: deleted within 30 days of subscription cancellation
7. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: limit how we process your data
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object: object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent: for cookie-based analytics, at any time

8. Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Essential functionality (session management, language preference)
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): only with your consent
You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner on our site or through your browser settings. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the service.
Analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VPEWGYJ8Q5), operated by Google Ireland Limited. It starts only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner at the bottom of the page. Until then the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all and no data leaves your browser. We run it with Google Consent Mode v2 and IP anonymisation, and we do not enable advertising features, remarketing, or data sharing for ads. Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise returning visitors and retains the data for 14 months. To change or withdraw your choice, clear the site data for writvia.com in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption on all data transmissions and restricted access to personal data within our organization.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. The current version is always available at writvia.com/privacy.
