Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Writvia, a service operated by NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o.. By subscribing to Writvia, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Writvia is an automated AI-powered content publishing system that generates and publishes blog articles to your domain. The service includes article generation in multiple languages, automatic publishing via FTP, and SEO optimization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use Writvia. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Subscription plans and pricing

Annual billing available at a discount. A one-time setup fee of €99 applies to all plans.

14-day trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically only if you provide payment details and confirm.

4. Billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time via email to hello@writvia.com or through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds
• Articles published before cancellation remain on your domain permanently
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice by email

5. What you provide

To use Writvia, you must provide:

• A list of topics for article generation
• FTP access credentials to your server
• Your domain and hosting configuration

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content on your domain and that your hosting allows FTP access.

6. Content ownership

All articles generated by Writvia for your account are yours. You own the content published to your server. Writvia retains no rights to content after publication. You grant Writvia permission to use anonymized examples of generated content for marketing purposes (e.g., demo blogs), which you may revoke at any time.

7. AI-generated content

Writvia uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate articles. While we apply quality rules and industry-specific guidelines, we cannot guarantee factual accuracy of every article. You are responsible for reviewing published content and for any consequences of publishing inaccurate information. We recommend spot-checking articles, especially in regulated industries (medical, legal, financial).

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use Writvia to publish:

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Spam or content designed to manipulate search engines in violation of Google's guidelines
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
• Content in violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend your account if prohibited use is detected.

9. Service availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (hosting providers, Anthropic API, Stripe).

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o. is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business resulting from published content
• Search engine ranking changes
• Data loss on your hosting server
• Actions of third-party processors (Stripe, Anthropic, Google)

Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in that month.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kraków, Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
